Our first mission is to offer you the best online shopping experience, so we have made it easier for you to make your shipment easier because your convenience is our priority
Zowabella mainly delivers your orders through the company’s own fleet but may get help from a third party at peak times to ensure the timely shipping of your order.
We allow you to choose the most convenient time for your delivery, on any day, on another day according to your geographical area, or during any week or even month.
Some goods may need more time for processing, with delivery taking a day or several days, depending on the nature of the item.
In the case of urgent orders, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to help you.
We will ask for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We will deliver the order to the registered address and we consider the signature of anyone at the address as a receipt of the order.
If there is no one at the registered address to receive your order, we will ask you to contact our customer service to agree another delivery time. The company is not able to attempt delivery more than twice. The company is not responsible for any order exceeding 5 working days of the first delivery attempt.
DELIVERY ZONES AND CHARGES
Zone 1; United Arab Emirates
The delivery charge is AED 20 per order
Zone 2; Gulf Countries (KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar)
The delivery charge is AED 50 per order.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays and UAE Public Holidays.
Important Delivery Information:
We insure all packages in transit from Delivery company to the delivery address against theft and incidental damage. Once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by Zowabella
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and resignation from the date of dispatch. Zowabella is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Zowabella reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.
